It takes a lot of work to make one of our jasmine dragon pearls. Green tea harvested in the spring is hand rolled and stored until late summer when the jasmine blossoms. It is mixed with freshly picked jasmine and as night falls the flowers open releasing their fragrance into the tea.
This tea, produced in the same way for over a thousand years, is a delicious cup of delicate green jasmine perfection.
